No parser is perfect, but the tool is tuned for simple reports, invoices, and statements.

Should I enable OCR?

Use OCR for scanned or image-based PDFs. Leave it off for selectable-text PDFs.

What format is exported?

The output is an Excel workbook you can open in Excel, Numbers, or Sheets.

Can one PDF create multiple sheets?

Yes. Separate detected tables are exported as separate sheets when possible.
