By accessing and using mtverse.dev (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
mtverse provides a free platform for browsing, searching, and copying AI prompts and UI components. The Service includes a prompt library organized by category and model, a component showcase with production-ready React code, and related documentation. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
3. Use of Content
mtverse provides two types of content:
- AI Prompts: All prompts published on mtverse are free to copy, modify, and use for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with the terms of the AI tool you use (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Flux, etc.). mtverse does not guarantee the output quality of any AI tool when using our prompts.
- UI Components: Component code is built on open-source libraries including React, shadcn/ui (Radix UI), and Tailwind CSS. You may use, modify, and distribute component code in your own projects, including commercial projects. Attribution is appreciated but not required.
4. User Responsibilities
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Use prompts and components responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
- Not use prompts to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, admin panels, or data stores.
- Not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content from the Service in ways that exceed reasonable usage.
5. Intellectual Property
The mtverse name, logo, and brand identity are the property of mtverse and may not be used without written permission. The compilation, organization, and presentation of prompts on the Service represents original creative work. Individual prompts, as functional instructions for AI tools, are not subject to copyright protection. UI component code is derived from open-source libraries and may be used freely as described in Section 3.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mtverse makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that prompts will produce specific results when used with AI tools. We do not guarantee that components will be free of bugs or suitable for any particular application.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mtverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
